This is Poolside Paradise, located in a gated complex directly off Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach in The Village! The location speaks for itself being within walking distance to beach shops, restaurants, and most importantly a private deeded beach access. When you return from the beach take a step onto the back patio overlooking the large pool area. Surrounding the pool, you find loungers and tables as well as the fitness center, perfect for burning off the Blue Mountain Creamery calories. We sleep 5 comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The master bedroom features a pool view as well as a private bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features bunk beds and a twin perfect for children or friends. In the hall is a full bathroom with a shower-tub combination. There is a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room with sparkling pool views. Dine with seating for 4 in the front room off the main entrance. Both bedrooms offer TVs for your entertainment needs. A stackable washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Our home is a short walk to the Sugar Sand Beach, or a fun bike ride to local beach towns all along 30A on the paved bike/walk/run path that stretches the distance. You'll have close walking access (about .5 mile) to the sugar-white sandy beaches, emerald green water, and unbelievable sunsets. You have a resort style pool for cooling dips along with the other community amenities.
