Conveniently below Plett’s Main Street and within 250 meters of Lookout Beach, this property is one of a few exclusive homes in the Lookout Beach area.
Stairs lead up to the front door. Enter into the light and spacious living area with sitting room and indoor dining seating 8 and 4. Separate kitchen. Large glass sliding doors lead from the living area onto the wrap-around patio with expansive views of the sea, beach, lagoon and mountains.
Sliding doors open onto the enclosed pool and braai area that is private and sheltered enjoying the afternoon sun.
The spacious master bedroom is upstairs. The remaining guest bedrooms are all downstairs.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with large glass windows and sea, lagoon and mountain views. There is a desk area, dressing room and spacious full en-suite bathroom. X1 King bed, carpeted room with TV.
Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds with pull-out beds (suited for sleep overs) and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. This room has a sliding door leading onto the patio and double wooden doors opening onto the driveway.
Bedroom 3: X1 King sized Bed with en-suite bathroom: Bath and Toilet.
Bedroom 4: X2 3 / 4 beds with door to patio and en-suite bathroom: Bath and over-head Shower and Toilet.
ONE bath above in bedroom 3 or 4 has recently been removed and replaced with a shower. New photos to come end August 2024.
Bedroom 5: X1 King sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Door to patio.
All rooms have TVs and security gates.
